Bringing Water Professionals Together

The Montana Section of the AWRA was founded in 1984 and currently consists of over 100 professionals and students that share the common goal of promoting water resources research, planning, development, and education in Montana. To accomplish these goals, the AWRA hosts an annual meeting each year to provide a common meeting ground for physical, biological, social scientists, engineers, and other persons concerned with water resources.

Message from the President

Aaron Fiaschetti
Hydrologist, DNRC

Hello Fellow Montanans,

The board and myself are working hard to put together this year’s AWRA conference on October 18-20, 2017 in Helena, Montana.

We are excited for the opportunity to once again gather to listen and learn from the greater Montana water community.  This year’s conference theme is  “Science, Policy & Communication: The role of science in a changing world”.

Feel free to drop us a line  and let us know your thoughts and questions.

Sincerely,

El Presidente
